As a telecaller at TekkyBench, you’ll be a vital link between our organization and our valued clients. Your role will involve:
Sales Over Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting our products and services.
Understanding Customer Needs: Listen actively to potential clients, understand their requirements, and persuasively promote our offerings to generate sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with existing clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Tracking Customer Interactions: Document important details of each conversation to enhance our understanding of client preferences.
